• Who reads it: your browser, when the page loads. No one else, because there is no one else — this is a static site with no server-side storage.
• Lifetime: until you clear your browser data or click the other button in a fit of indecision.

How to Remove It

Clear your browser’s site data for this page, or open your browser’s developer tools, find localStorage for this site, and delete crhub-cookie-choice. The notice will reappear on your next visit, patient as ever, like a lane that knows you’ll try again.

What We Don’t Store

No analytics. No advertising identifiers. No run logs, no preferences, no scores. The simulator’s run log lives in the page’s memory and evaporates the moment you refresh — which, frankly, is also a decent philosophy.

Questions

Anything unclear can go through the contact desk. A site with one stored value will respond to cookie questions faster than most.
